We had the most incredible time at this hotel! The staff were so attentive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The room we stayed in was absolutely amazing, with a jacuzzi bath and a private swimming pool. We couldn't ask for more luxurious accommodation. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, overlooking the entire resort. We also loved that it was a short drive away from the beach, making it peaceful and secluded. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Honestly, there was almost nothing negative to say about this place. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, from the friendly staff to the beautiful views.

I did think this was locate directly on the beach !not in the mountain :(. No facility around near as conveninet store, must always take taxi to go at any location. long to get local taxi (small truck you seat in back) .

Convenient location close to Anantara Spa, just a short 5-minute walk away. Staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Definitely worth it to stay here and check out the Chaweng Beachfront area 👌.

The resort was very clean and our room was lovely. The pool was also very nice and the staff always keen to help out wherever they could for example bringing drinks and early check out.
The location wasn't great as it was not in walking distance to chaweng. The restaurant on site was not very good, the food I ordered was terrible and I sent it back - the staff did not speak very good english and did not really understand, they did bring us another meal however at the end when we got our bill we had been charged for both meals.

Definitel worth getting a pool villa with sea views which are located at the top of the hill complex and afford lovely views. Also had the opetion with this room of the complimentary use of the golf carts to and from the room as well as snacks and drinks throughout the day in the club room. Staff very hospitable and friendly. Also
Hotel location was not ideal - needed to take a taxi to either Fisherman's Village or Chaweng for dinner which was relatively expensive - this however would be easily resolved by hiring a car (or motobike) if staying here. We enjoyed being out of the was hub bub of Chaweng and Bhundhari was a lovely romantic hotel. Other point was the lack of airconditioning in the restaurants, although we quickly discovered that this was a common factor across the island. The openair, alfreso living was lovely, and would be some people's ideal, but if you are like us and don't relish the humidity, mealtimes were not that comfortable unless you managed to grab a table by a small standing fan - very much in demand!!

Spent my Easter holiday at a tropical paradise! The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond. The deluxe pool villa had an amazing view of the beach and gulf of Thailand, making the sunrise and sunset unforgettable moments. The local cuisine at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the massages at the spa were a must-try.
Although the outdoor shower was a unique feature, it wasn't practical and the palm tree caused a potential slip risk. The lack of fans in the restaurant area made breakfast quite uncomfortable during hot days.

The rooms and the food in the hillside restuarant!!
The lack of shuttles into the main area. After check out we had a couple of hour wait at the hotel. The staff manner was fantastic whilst we were paying customers but didnt want to know us after we had checked out. Overseas tourists are just a $$$ sign to alot of these people all through the country.

Excellent range of facilities, especially the various swimming pools, two restaurants and various bar / lounge areas. Friendly & helpful staff and good food.
Prices of 'extras', eg. wi-fi, transfers and breakfast (which should be included automatically). Bar and restauarnts also rather expensive for this part of the world.

The hotel is simply a paradise!!! I had a ocean view villa that made my stay just perfect. Excellent food (specially breakfast and the Thai restaurant) and good environment. The location is relaxing, but 10 minutes taxi/tuk-tuk drive from the night-life of Chaweng. I strongly recommend it!

Very friendly staff. Very nice villas. The food in the bar was very good. Very nice swimmingpools. Perfectly situated, close to chaweng but also quiet.
Internet should be included if you pay this kind of price. Lots of noizy playing children in the pool. We had expected a nicer beach with clearer water. No transfer included from/to airport.

The pool was amazing with a swim-up bar and stunning views of the ocean. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my entire stay. the hotel also offered a shuttle service to nearby restaurants and shops which saved me a lot of time and made exploring the area much easier.
The hill leading up to the hotel was extremely steep and made it difficult for me to walk up and down. There were also a lot of mosquitoes which made it uncomfortable to spend time outside in the evening.

The hotel is good all what you need is available.
Well the mean thing that i didnt like was the fact is that you have to pay for WIFI and in this time and age that has to be FREE specially for the price of the room. There was no facecloth in the bathroom and no bottle opener in the minibar. Brakefast was poor and very standard.

The disign and room facilty is very nice. The service here is not even worth your time and money at all. Very poor performance of staffs.
Location is bad very mountain and the room you need to climb with at least 200 stairs to your room.
